For this very high-waisted skirt and smock blouse I was inspired by strong, confident and inspirational business women around the world. I wanted to create a business suit for women who wish to be “powerfully” well dressed but still feminine. But of course you can wear it to any occasion. Wear this outfit with high heels or boots. Combine it with one of my black/cream statement necklaces.

The skirt is very high at the waist which means it comes up well  under the bust. It has darts in the front and back. It is longer at the back than the front and it has a fringe at the bottom hem. The skirt is 100% poly satin. Dry clean only.

The smock blouse is made of cream colored poly silk with black lace trimmings. It has buttons above the bust area and has a triple fringe. You can close the smock with a strap. The blouse is 90% poly silk and 10% lace. Dry clean only.
