The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will endeavor to signal any significant or major changes to the 'Terms and Conditions' to all our 'Registered Users' & Friend of Noelle™ as to best service you, our customers. Your continued use of this website following such changes shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes. If you disagree or are uncertain about any of the changes, then you must immediately stop using the website.
Registration
To use some of the features on this website you will need to be a 'Register User' or a Friend of Noelle™. It is essential that you provide information about yourself that is fully accurate, truthful and compete when you register. Please notify us if your personal information changes or by editing your current information once you login or notify us at the following e-mail address: registrations@noelleadam.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an account for a "registered user's' or Friend of Noelle™ for any reason, at any time and at the sole discretion of International Fashion Designs AG. You can only login to Friend of Noelle™ if you have been preapproved. This section of our site is for the exclusive use of frequent buyers and people in the fashion industry. This invitation only membership group is at the sole discretion of International Fashion Design AG.
Return and Exchange Policy
Yes we accept returns for exchange. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we fully stand behind the manufacturing quality of our dresses, garments and fashion accessories. If you have any major issues about our Return & Exchange Policy feel free to email management@noelleadam.com or contact us though our "Contact us" page. We as individuals and as a company aim to be fair to all parties and an open dialogue is welcomed.
As we all know sizes can vary between different countries and even between different designers in the same country. (See our "Size Guide" for details) We furthermore strongly advise, that at the time of your purchase, that you check your size and measurements with the criteria set down in the "Size & Fit" section. We have additionally given a complete explanation on the sizing for each dress. Note from Noelle - we would all perhaps like "a little more here or a little less there" BUT this is not so handy if your are buying one of my garments so please measure carefully and honestly! NB. We do not support or condone the practice of buying 2 sizes – fitting both and sending the one, which does not fit back to us.
To summarize:
- We are happy to exchange incorrect size choices, with a different size, should you make a sizing mistake. We will cover the additional cost of the second courier parcel. If you follow the size guide(s) on the web site you should be able to choose the right size and this situation should never happen. The only cost to you is the return postage of the garment.
- We do fully refund the cost of a purchased item (plus other direct costs such as courier charges, VAT etc.) if a garment, due to a manufacturing fault, cannot be replaced from our stock. This may happen for the ‘Limited Editions’ for example.
- We do not make refunds for purchases or create store credits for returns that are unauthorized.
- Our necklaces are handmade "one-offs" and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. They are often "rough-cut" on purpose, which is not a manufacturing fault, as this is an integral part of their charm!

For the EU countries VAT does not have to be charged twice so the cost for exchanged item is for the return postage only. The item being returned must be ‘as new’, ‘unsoiled’ and ‘unused’. This means that there are no marks, rips, tears etc. on the item or any wear on the tags, which should be left intact. We will not accept any item that has any indication that it has been worn, used and then returned. In such cases, the item will be (again) returned to the purchaser by unregistered mail. International Fashion Designs AG is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth in the "Terms and Conditions" and the form (Noelle Adam Return & Exchange Request.doc).
We give refunds in the case of a verified manufacturing fault having occurred if the item you have requested as an exchange is out of stock and will not be produced again. This for example may occur in the case of 'Limited Edition' lines. However we believe that due to our quality assurance program this would be a very rare occurrence. In the case of verified manufacturing fault we would refund also the original courier cost, VAT etc. Such charges can be highlighted Noelle Adam Return & Exchange Request.doc.
To start the exchange process please download the form ( Noelle Adam Return & Exchange Request.doc), fill the form out fully and email to return@noelleadam.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your purchase. We will then give you, by return email 1. A 'Return & Exchange' (R&E) number and 2. The address to which you can send the item by registered post.
Do not courier the item as we only accept registered post for returns. Once you have the confirmation email with R&E number, return the item no later than 14 (fourteen) days later. Once we have received the item back in our facility we will check that it is undamaged, unworn (for more than the initial fitting), without lipstick and make-up stains (so be careful for the first fitting)!, has all the packaging include (with product stickers and bar codes etc.) and the fabric bag in which the item was delivered if applicable. We will not accept returned items, which are not received, as per the instructions for R&E articles.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy as related to our site and the security of your personal information is very important to us. We therefore use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe.

You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to access and disclose your information in order to comply with all applicable laws of the EU member countries, Switzerland or other countries to which we sell, our internal employees, for internal company procedure requirements, selected third parties involved in your purchase and/or delivery of your purchase and lawful government requests. Insurance
We fully insure each and all purchases during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
